Digital Printing
Our state of the art HP Indigo WS6800 digital printing press and ABG Digicon Series 3 finishing machine complement each other with their ability to produce very high quality work for short to medium run jobs. Variable data printing allows copy unique to each label. Additionally, these technologies allow us to have the ability to hot stamp/emboss and high quality screen printed decoration without the higher conventional tooling costs.
Flexo Printing and Die Cutting
JRCI operates a substantial fleet of 12 modern narrow-web flexo presses with in-line diecutting. These presses offer a wide gamut of screen, foil, coating and other decoration options to serve your branded labeling and shrink sleeve requirements.
Offset Printing and Die Cutting
JRCI uses best-in-class Heidelberg sheetfed offset printing presses and Bobst blanking diecutters, to efficiently produce your folding carton needs and help deliver your brands to market.
Embossing/Debossing
We offer this popular finishing technique that will bring your brand to another level. It is an easy way to add visual depth and make your product stand out and be noticed!
Hot Stamp
In addition to embossing, we also offer hot stamping. This method in which foil is transferred to a surface with high temperature, is a great way to add a metallic finish to your package. This process can be combined with other printing and embossing techniques to create high quality packaging.
Cold Foil
Our cold foil is a fast, cost-effective inline process that works in conjunction with most printing techniques, mimicking the effect of hot foil stamping. Cold Foil is applied to a UV-curable adhesive image using a standard printing plate. This is an eye catching and budget friendly way to get that high end look on your product.
Specialty Inks & Coatings
Our Raised Dome Coatings and Tactile UV inks add a customized texture, raised lettering or embossed element to make a high quality finished product.
